Used in combination with standard plain 1.8m platform units as the infill platform on various BS 1139-6:2022 HD tower configurations.

This part is most commonly used in laterally connected towers such as large deck towers to ensure that the bridge deck is the correct width to match 1.8m bays in the adjacent tower runs.

Braces & Stabilisers

All Heavy Duty braces and stabilisers use smooth 48mm diameter tube. All Medium Duty braces and stabilisers use ribbed-surface 48mm diameter tube.

MD braces have coloured paint on the end of the hooks to distinguish between brace types. The HD braces do not have paint on the end, but some sizes of HD brace will have a coloured sticker around the tube at one end.
